Hon. Babajide Balogun has been appointed as a Member of the Governing Board of the City Boy Movement (CBM).
The appointment was announced in a statement on Monday, with the movement describing the development as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership structure and advance its objectives across the country.
Reacting to the appointment, the FCT Director of City Boy Movement, Bitrus Lawrence Garki, popularly known as BLG, congratulated Balogun on the new role. He described the appointment as a recognition of Balogun’s commitment, capacity and contributions to the movement over time.
BLG expressed confidence that Balogun’s experience and leadership qualities would add value to CBM’s operations.
“His experience and leadership will add value to CBM as we continue to strengthen our structure and advance our objectives nationwide,” Garki said.
The City Boy Movement has in recent months been expanding its organizational structure at both state and national levels ahead of upcoming political activities.
